How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A third party print on demand company is utilized for production, therefore there is no immediate inventory. Once payment is cleared, your order will be sent to them for printing. Production time fulfillment can take roughly 3-7 days, then will ship after. Shipping may then take 2-7 days after the order has been fulfilled. Please note also - your order may arrive in separate shipments. Some items are sourced outside of the USA and will take longer to ship and these items are noted! Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information in your email. Currently at this time, orders are accepted for USA based customers only.
How do I track my order?

What is your return policy?
There are NO returns or refunds for buyer's remorse.
Because clothing and apparel are made on demand, there are no exchanges for sizes as there is no inventory. Please note the size charts (and any tips if sizes run true, small or larger) to ensure you are ordering the correct size!
Refunds or a replacement item (no exchanges can be offered) will be issued only for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes/tears in the garment. If a return or exchange is requested, please reach out via the contact link below. We will review the request and then contact Printful (the third party printing company) regarding the defect. Pictures are required of the defective item to present to Printful on your behalf. The item must also show signs of no wear or use. Refund/replacement requests MUST be made within 30 days of the product being received. If Printful deems it an error on their end, they will send you out a new product at no additional cost. If they conclude there were no misprints or defects caused by them, then the issue will be handled by us with you directly to make other arrangements!
No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control in the printing process. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or color.

What do I do if my order says it has been delivered but is not here?
Sometimes orders are marked as delivered before they arrive depending on the carrier. Please reach out to your local USPS or UPS (depending on which is used to make the final delivery). If your package still has not arrived 3 business days after receiving notice that it has been delivered, please reach out to us via the link below!
Do you offer Free Shipping?
We do offer Free Standard Shipping on orders placed at a value of $100.00 and above!
Please note that any orders below that threshold will be subject to separate shipping charges on each item ordered individually.
How do I properly launder / clean my printed items?
Great question! With any clothing items that have direct to garment printing, it is advisable to machine -wash the garment INSIDE OUT on a COLD setting to extend the life of the print quality and prevent cracking. It can be tumble dried on a low setting, but is best to let air dry. Some products will have the original label while others have a branded printed label on it with care instructions.
